What’s UBC Virtual HackDev 2020?
That’s a great question! We’re an online event that uses a hackathon philosophy. We’ll employ a creative process to problem solve, design, and build upon new and existing concepts in faculty support and leadership development. This event is accredited by UBC CPD.

THEME

For this hackathon, we’re focusing on the theme of recognition. What does it mean to be recognized within UBC’s context? How do we embed recognition within the design and delivery of our programs? How can we support the creation of a culture that acknowledges the investment and contributions of our UBC community?

We’ll be gathering on Zoom. We’ll forward the meeting link prior to the event.

Who’s invited?
We welcome all UBC Faculty of Medicine (FoM) clinical faculty and administration to participate in this collaborative event. We welcome a diverse skill set.

Make sure you’ve got your computer and wifi to participate in Zoom. Be prepared to share your ideas and projects.

Accreditation/Certification statement
